Digitization of production processes
For Kraft Heinz, Prospact digitized parts of their production process, together with Aveva Select Benelux and Huisman. Kraft Heinz's products were secured in a custom database, which was outdated.
Started up without downtime
Together with Aveva select Benelux and Huisman (plc layer), we secured these recipes in Recipe Manager Plus. In the process, all kitchens were converted during the annual 'stop' and restarted without any downtime. With this solution, there is digital audit trail on recipes, the kitchens are automatically controlled - on end product - and digital reporting per batch on the dosed raw materials is possible.
ISA-95 model
Naturally, everything was first neatly organized according to the ISA-95 model, which is the basis for a successful approach. The next steps in digitization have also been determined by our consultants in cooperation with Kraft Heinz. This is what we are going to work on in the coming period.
