You can think about escaping!

Four times a year we analyze processes, rather than translating processes. During our quarterly meeting, we looked back on the past period with the whole team. What went well? What could be improved? Then we turned our gaze to the future. What are our concrete goals and how do we want to achieve them?

In addition to this serious part, our quarterly meeting took on a completely different character during the course of the day. After the - as always! - communal lunch, we managed to find a way out of escaperoom Lost and Found. Pretty serious work, too, actually!

Belbin

We put together the team composition for the best escape route based on the Belbin test: here you can distinguish between a functional, organizational and personal role. Depending on the objective, what you want to achieve with a team, each team has an ideal composition.

Cozy & well-cared for

That system worked well: we went to dinner with the entire team, at the reserved time, at 't Zusje. A well catered and very enjoyable end to our quarterly meeting!
