Prospact - Prospects of Prospact: 2026

Technical Director Bastiaan van Eck reflects on a year of significant progress in various areas. He is pleased with the goals that have been achieved and intends to continue along the same path in 2026. Read on for an interview about results and expectations.

Certifications

Bastiaan: “The milestone for 2025 is achieving our ISO certifications! The ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications recognise our high quality and safety standards, which are in increasing demand from clients. That was a specific goal we had set ourselves, and we have now officially achieved it! In January, we will also undergo the audit for VCA certification.”

Professionalisation

“We have undergone development in the area of professionalisation,” continues Bastiaan. “This has been particularly evident within the digitisation branch surrounding AVEVA. Our team has also been strengthened by a number of high-calibre new colleagues. Given the tight labour market, we are both happy and proud of this!”

Core qualities

Bastiaan: “Regarding both clients and new colleagues, we will continue to focus on our core strengths: providing high-quality expertise in AVEVA and Siemens PCS7 products. Our ambition is to be the best process translators in a corporate culture that embodies fun, passion for the profession, and collegiality!”

Digitisation projects

“In 2026, our focus will remain on digitisation projects, with AVEVA playing a key role in translating IT assignments into automated process execution. Regarding PCS7, we are keeping a close eye on new developments such as Neo. We aim to further refine and sharpen our strategic direction in 2026.”

New technological directions

Bastiaan: “We are also taking steps in new technological directions, such as collaborating with IQ Messenger to send mobile push notifications from factory systems. This is in line with our vision that the classic operator role is changing, moving away from a static presence behind a screen towards a more mobile role where they are directly present in the factory with smart devices.”

Continue to grow

“When it comes to recruitment, we look for young, driven professionals who can grow quickly and fit into our team,” says Bastiaan. “Growth is important to us, but it must always be based on quality: excelling in craftsmanship, innovation and reliability. By 2026, we want to further strengthen our position!”
