How do you look back on the past five years?

Sandor: “I started as one of the first employees. Back then we were a small team. It is great to see how we have grown into a solid company with sixteen employees. We have grown considerably, both in size and in our network and position in the market. Despite that growth, you are not a number here: everyone is seen and valued.” Ben adds: “Indeed! The growth also offers me personally more opportunities to grow. I started here as a Senior Software Engineer and now I get the chance to lead projects. That makes the work extra challenging and fun.”

What developments have you gone through?

Sandor: “In terms of content, my work hasn't changed much, but with the arrival of more colleagues, I did get more responsibilities as Technical Lead. For example, we are now working with PCS Neo, the successor to PCS7, in cooperation with Siemens. That feels like an important step forward. The development of PCS Neo and the partnership with Siemens are major milestones that I'm very proud of.” Ben: “What I like is that I also continue to collaborate on projects myself. I like to keep that balance between leadership and field work. It keeps the work varied and interesting.”

What are your ambitions?

Sandor: “I would like to further engage in the development and application of PCS Neo projects. With an emphasis on digitalization and AI. The goal is to further optimize processes for our customers and make them more efficient, so that we can support them even better in their digital transformation.” Ben: “My ambition is to maintain that balance between leadership and substantive work. I enjoy supporting the team, but also having my 'feet in the mud' myself. I look forward to what the next few years will bring.”
