Software Engineer PLC / Aveva

As a software engineer in our team of process translators, you are - partly - responsible for working out small and medium-sized projects. In case of uncertainties about the Aveva functions or option packages to be applied, you will consult directly with the lead engineer. You are also in contact with the lead engineer about the progress of the projects.

You independently monitor the scope of your assignment. When out-of-scope work arises, you provide the right substantiation to support the project manager.

During the process, you ensure transparent and clear communication with both the client and your colleagues.

• Executing and planning Aveva projects as a team;
• Independently carrying out and planning small TIA portal projects
• Drafting, updating or reviewing functional and detail designs;
• Attending client and internal meetings. On design, progress, safety, technical innovations;
• Transparent and clear communication;
• Reporting to project leaders;
• Positive contribution to the good atmosphere within the Prospact team;
• Ambition to further develop yourself and Prospact.

To keep your knowledge up-to-date and continue to develop yourself, you will attend an Aveva-related training course or education at least once every three years. This training will be arranged in consultation with the technical lead.

• HBO working and thinking level;
• At least 3 years' experience with TIA Portal projects;
• Experience with Aveva products is a big plus;
• Experience with C# and SQL;
• Knowledge of ISA88 and ISA95.
