Louis Priem joined us January 2 as a consultant. He focuses on process and industrial automation. My career started in 1998 as an E&I mechanic, but by now I have been active in process and industrial automation for 20 years. After several positions in automation, including a period as self-employed, he decided to make the move to Prospact.

Keeping expectations clear
Louis: “I work as a consultant and act as a ‘trusted advisor’ for our customers. This means that I make sure that projects are feasible, but also that they really meet the needs of the customer. I find it important to keep expectations clear and to keep my promises in every phase of a project, from sales to implementation. I also work on internal improvement processes and certifications such as ISO 27001, VCA and IEC 62443, so that Prospact continues to grow and innovate.”
Open and professional

It is a company where you work on projects, but also help think about how we continue to grow as an organization. That combination of content and collaboration makes the work extra valuable.”
Grow further
Louis: “I want to help Prospact grow further. In terms of customer satisfaction as well as internal processes. My aim is to deliver projects successfully, but also to ensure that my colleagues continue to develop and enjoy their work. Ultimately, I want to contribute to an environment where quality, safety and customer focus go hand in hand.”
Chores, food and walks
Louis is 46 years old and lives in Roosendaal with his girlfriend and ten-year-old daughter. “In my free time I do odd jobs in our house, enjoy good food and take walks in nature. I also have a background in organizing theater productions, which I have always done with great passion. Although that is now on the back burner, sometimes it starts itching again. For now, my main focus is on my family and completing all sorts of odd jobs around the house!”
Louis describes himself as structured, pragmatic and sincere. “I'm a realistic perfectionist who likes to work on fit-for-purpose solutions. No fuss, just do what works!”
