It was already time for our traditional interim review: on July 12, in the quarterly meeting with the team, we reviewed the second quarter and looked ahead to 'Q3'.
It was an informative and pleasant meeting: we concluded with baking pizza collectively!
Successes & challenges
During the meeting we looked back in detail at our achievements and projects in the past quarter. This means celebrating successes and learning from the challenges we have encountered. In addition, we have the new goals and projects that are planned for the third quarter.
Provide study materials
Sandor gave a fascinating presentation about PCS neo. He also announced that we will provide study materials for third-year students at Avans University of Applied Sciences. This is a great opportunity for us to contribute to the development of future professionals in industrial automation!
Digitization process started
Then it was Martijn's turn, who gave an insightful presentation about the collaboration with Kraft Heinz. We have started a digitalization process at that company. He gave an insight into the various projects we carry out there. This gave us a better understanding of the impact and progress of these initiatives.
'The bottom'
After the informative sessions it was time for relaxation and team building. And baking pizzas together turns out to be an excellent method for this. We enjoyed this 'interactive and fun activity' with our entire team in a relaxed atmosphere!
